Aon’s Hong Kong office relocation called for an opportunity to align their firm-wide offering and vision. Under one look, one feel and one voice, it elevates the Aon brand to greater awareness levels to help business decision-makers understand their distinctive capabilities. One of the key initiatives was to transform their traditional office into an innovative and fully agile workspace with four pillars in mind: ‘Unify, Optimize, Modernize, and Wellness’.
Highlights:
Strong design elements tying together the two floors: Aon’s signature red color in central cores & city images representing the heart of ‘One Aon’ and historical roots in Hong Kong.
Bringing the exterior nature into the interior: the client area transformed as the ‘Living Lounge,’ a welcoming space with elements of warmth and hospitality through natural lighting and materials.
A biophilic narrative design journey that unifies and weaves across the floors, promoting health, wellbeing and identity.
A variety of open work-points and breakout areas provide freedom of choice for staff, enhancing collaboration and productivity.
