Hong Kong Housing Society
Flat Selection Centre

A revitalised client centre focused on efficiency and comfort.

Our design for the newly renovated Flat Selection Centre for the Hong Kong Housing Society is modern and creates a comfortable environment for their clients. A key aspect of the new design aims to provide a better flow, ensuring a seamless and smooth progression throughout the flat selection process for their clients. The reception wall adorns an artistically engraved pattern, symbolising HKHS’s identity. The inclusion of innovative acoustic panels and sleek concealed doors enhances the overall aesthetics. To elevate comfort in the waiting area, ergonomic wall cushions offer a comfortable experience for clients in the queue.

This project not only modernises the centre by using the latest technology for registration and wayfinding, but also thoughtfully incorporates elements that improve overall flow, privacy, brand alignment in a sustainable and welcoming environment for the Hong Kong Housing Society's clients.

Highlights:

  1. Brand-Centric Design: The engraved reception wall, logo moss wall, wood fin feature wall and graphics of Hong Kong Housing Society’s buildings create a strong visual identity.

  2. Sleek Functionality: Concealed doors and recessed ceiling light strips contribute to a smooth, uncluttered environment, elevating the space’s modern appeal.

  3. Enhanced Privacy and Ambiance: Gradient frosted film in glass partitions and additional acoustic panels in meeting areas foster a private, serene atmosphere for client interactions.

  4. Sustainable Elegance: The feature moss wall and plant potters infuse a touch of sustainability and nature, enriching the service centre’s ambiance.

  5. Technological upgrades: Latest queuing system and embedded QR code scanner at various checkpoints enhance client experience and provide tracking for the staff.
