When The Wave decided to open the Mongkok branch in Hong Kong, the client once again collaborated with Spatial Concept to create a completely new design which is different from their existing branches.  

Inspired by the Mongkok street scene, Spatial Concept created a vibrant and energetic co-working space. The reception desk design and operable wall abstract patterns capture the spirit of the iconic street neon signs.   

With the importance to create a flexible space, the communal lounge can be easily combined with the adjacent meeting rooms to form 3 separate seminar rooms for events and private functions.
