International Insurance Experience Centre

An international insurance company appointed Spatial Concept to design their first ever Customer Experience Centre in Hong Kong. This experience centre is a new concept aiming to expand business services and provide an innovative platform to attract new customers. The Centre is comprised of two areas: one side is the main Customer Service Centre for walk-in customers, while the other side is a VIP Centre which is accessible by booking only.  

The main Customer Service Centre is aimed at attracting new customers especially the younger generation. The colourful and vivid tone interior together with interactive displays create an approachable and comfortable environment for customers to learn and explore different service offerings. A corner seating area can be transformed into a live music stage or book reading area, providing clients with community activities on the weekends. 

The VIP Centre is secluded behind a sliding door through the reception. Dark wood curve walls and leather seating exudes sophistication, creating a luxurious user experience. Each meeting room is equipped with large LCD screen for presentations. The wood panels, pendant light and lush carpet expand the high-end look. Design features include a Kid’s area, personal luggage storage and a charging station at the customers’ convenience.
